Madeleine Dopico is a Licensed Mental Health Social Worker known for her direct, empathic, and energetic approach to therapy. With a no-nonsense, straight-shooting style, she specializes in treating mood and anxiety disorders, self-esteem issues, and relationship conflicts. Madeleine works collaboratively with clients to guide and empower them in improving self-awareness, setting goals, and identifying areas for growth.

Using an eclectic therapeutic approach, Madeleine tailors her methods to fit the unique needs of each client. She combines techniques from Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities to provide a comprehensive and individualized treatment plan.

Before her advanced clinical training, Madeleine served as the CEO of a mental health tech startup in NYC, where she advocated for improved access to mental health care. This experience shaped her commitment to breaking down barriers and ensuring people receive the support they need.

In addition to her clinical work, Madeleine is a creative singer, writer, and performer. She draws upon her artistic background to connect with multidimensional, thoughtful, and passionately driven individuals, fostering a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
