Kim Zaga, LMSW
Associate Clinician
Kim Zaga is a Licensed Master Social Worker with expertise in helping adults navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, life transitions (e.g.,motherhood, divorce, career changes), relationship issues, parenting and family concerns. With a background in crisis counseling and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she takes a compassionate, direct, and collaborative approach to empower clients to regain confidence and a sense of control over their lives.
Kim is passionate about guiding individuals through transformative change by helping them identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, develop effective coping strategies, and improve their overall well-being. She creates a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients can explore challenges and work toward meaningful solutions.
Drawing from a cognitive-behavioral and strengths-based approach, Kim tailors therapy to each client's unique needs, integrating evidence-based techniques to foster resilience, personal growth, and lasting change.
Kim holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from New York University and earned additional training from the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Kim also attended the University of Pennsylvania for undergraduate studies . She is currently under the supervision of Dr. Strongin.
